    Lowchen Dogs can make good pets in D.C. if they match your IifestyIe. Lowchens are smart, playful, loving dogs. Lowchens make wonderful pets and are excellent companions for children. Lowchens can usually be socialized to do well with other pets; however, despite their small size, they have a dominant streak and will exhibit dominant behavior even toward larger pets. Lowchens can live in an apartment if they are walked every day.
